Spoilers below.
When a chef sends out crappy food, they always say it’s better to just not serve it. But when a chef doesn’t serve food because it’s not up to her standards, they always say “you have to serve something”. I don’t know, it seems kind of contradictory to me. But, as Harold Dieterle points out:
You want to talk about integrity and the fact that you’re not going to serve something because it’s not up to par — that has to be your bread and butter move throughout the competition. We’ve heard him say in the past that he serves stuff that he wasn’t crazy about. I don’t really know what to think about that.
Howie’s hors d’ouevres looked terrible, though, so I’m cool with him going home.
Unlike Frank Bruni, I think that Sara is the next to go. Although I could be convinced that Dale is overdue for a trainwreck. Either way, I can’t wait for the Plaintive Wailing of the Doomed!
