I’ve had my share of trouble with U-Haul (but that’s another story), and I’ve heard plenty of negative things about them from pretty much everyone I have ever talked to who’s used the company. I wouldn’t even describe this guy’s experience as unusually bad, but it is a pretty good depiction of a disorganized, hostile-to-customers, dinosaur company on a mission to lose its market share.
